ORO CHACHA by OROVELA is a handcrafted spirit made in small batches using traditional artisan distilling techniques, resulting in the finest expression of Chacha, Georgia’s traditional spirit. Distilled entirely from grapes, in Charente type batch distillation pots with purification from heads and tails. ORO CHACHA is a mixable and versatile white spirit dedicated to honouring the spirit of tradition, art and craft of Georgia.
Clear white to extremely light pink in colour. It has a slightly pungent aroma with leather, flowers and a subtle hint of nuts and fried almonds, quite unique to young Chacha. On the palate it has touches of spice and nuts, with fruit flavours, white mulberry and yellow pears. Medium structure with sweet warm taste and long finish.
